About the speaker:

Hege Marie Kallestad is Director of Live and Content Production Technology and a senior leader with more than 20 years of experience navigating change in complex media organizations. With a background in media engineering, leadership from NHH, and advanced coaching, she brings a rare combination of systems thinking, product orientation, and human development. Her work focuses on how strategic leadership combined with organizational structure evolve for product to become a true engine of change in established organizations.
